Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that improve how associates work and how customers interact.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training and large language model inference.
  • •Build systems for similarity search, guardrails, model evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, and Nemo Guardrails.
  • •Invent state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput for large-scale production AI systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus at least 3 years of experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master's degree plus at least 1 year.
  • •At least 3 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components (e.g., foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, and model evaluation).
  • •Strong passion for staying current with AI/ML research and applying scientific publications judiciously in production systems.
