Lead product roadmap execution for the target market segment by coordinating with R&D, Operations, Marketing and Sales; drive forecast accuracy, manage leads, and develop sales-ready product content while training Sales/Marketing teams to act as on-field extensions of the target market team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop product roadmap strategy through market research, customer and industry insights, competition benchmarking and Region guidance.
•Execute product roadmap strategy through collaboration with R&D, Technical, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
•Lead forecast accuracy target achievement through collaboration with Sales, Operations, Procurement and other involved teams.
•Manage assigned Leads from qualification to endorsement to Sales.
•Create product content and literature (printed and digital tools and assets) for Sales and Marketing purposes through collaboration with Creatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any business-related field.
•Minimum 3 years experience in product and/or marketing management, preferably in construction materials, chemicals, building components, mechanical or electrical devices/equipment.
•Proven track record of developing and launching new products and/or services to market.
•Experience in sales and/or multinational organization is an advantage
•Strong skills in market research, data-driven analysis, product lifecycle management, pricing, demand forecasting, and creating product content/literature.
