Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and validate predictive pricing models using statistical and machine learning methods for property and casualty and reinsurance lines.
•Develop and maintain end-to-end pricing pipelines (data ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring) and automate recurring workflows.
•Conduct rate indications for assigned states and programs, recommending rate actions and supporting regulatory filings.
•Perform portfolio-level and transactional pricing analyses and monitor pricing performance using dashboards, experience studies, and assumption updates.
•Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Reserving, Exposure Management, the Managing Actuary, and senior leadership; provide training and mentorship.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of progressive actuarial experience in property and casualty insurance and/or reinsurance pricing.
•Active pursuit of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) Fellowship (FCAS) designation; ACAS or near-ACAS preferred.
•Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.
•Demonstrated experience building and deploying predictive models and pricing tools in a commercial or specialty insurance environment.
•Advanced proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills; familiarity with machine learning techniques and model deployment concepts.
