Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end view of client network performance across strategic accounts (OTA, OTD, DNR, LIT) and coordinate across operational squads
  • •Dissect performance briefs from Account Managers, analyze across first-mile to last-mile teams, and build structured improvement plans
  • •Drive squads to deliver against plans: set targets, track progress, assign owners, and escalate when stalled
  • •Create presentations and decks to tell the performance story to clients, detailing what happened, why, and progress
  • •Maintain the long-term performance narrative for each strategic account and provide regular progress updates to clients and Account Managers
