Job Summary

Ensure safe, quality-focused maintenance and support for automation and control systems in the distillery. Work with instrumentation and control equipment (sensors/transmitters, PLCs, HMIs, frequency drives), support autonomous maintenance, and implement continuous-improvement and quality management standards. Execute maintenance orders, perform root-cause analyses, manage MP-SAP maintenance feedback, and protect/maintain production networks and data through backups, access control, firmware/OS patching, and troubleshooting up to the field level.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain instrumentation and control systems for distillery equipment, including transmitters/sensors and automation components.
•Support autonomous maintenance and collaborate on KPI achievement for maintenance and operations departments.
•Execute and report maintenance work orders, implement improvements, and provide feedback to the MP-SAP system.
•Perform root-cause analysis to identify and eliminate technical risks impacting safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
•Manage production data and OT systems: ensure data availability, restore backups on production equipment (PLCs/PCs/drives), protect production network infrastructure (firewalls, environment changes), administer access controls, patch OS/firmware/security updates, and troubleshoot control/IT system failures up to the field level.

Key Requirements

•Follow safety, quality, food safety, and productivity procedures and regulations.
•Have knowledge of LOTO safety procedures, working at heights, and confined spaces work.
•Perform maintenance activities for instrumentation and control systems (temperature/flow/level/pressure/pH/conductivity, frequency drives, PLCs, HMIs, etc.).
•Support autonomous maintenance activities run by the operations area.
•Contribute to root-cause analyses to proactively remove technical risks affecting safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
