Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a primary legal advisor on product counseling matters, providing regulatory guidance on new product features, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies
•Advise on consumer financial protection laws and licensing requirements at the federal and state level
•Support the compliance management system (policies, training, monitoring, corrective action)
•Review and approve customer-facing materials and marketing disclosures for regulatory accuracy
•Assist with third-party and vendor risk management, including contracts and oversight programs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
•3+ years of regulatory legal experience in fintech or financial services

•Experience advising on product or business initiatives in a regulated environment
•Familiarity with compliance management systems and their core components
