Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess customer requirements and align them with business processes and functional/solution architectures.
  • •Conceptualize end-to-end processes and recommend options from a solution portfolio.
  • •Identify solution gaps and develop options to close those gaps.
  • •Design an end-to-end landscape and solution concept, including integration points, applicable standards, and governance aspects.
  • •Guide the implementation team during solution delivery and act as mediator between local, near-/offshore, and third-party members.
