Key Responsibilities

  • •Support CRA data collection, reporting, disclosure requirements, using automation and advanced analytics where appropriate.
  • •Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytical workflows to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved CRA performance.
  • •Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using Python or similar languages; build scripts/tools to reduce manual work.
  • •Build and enhance dashboards and visual reporting tools for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; knowledge of CRA and financial services is a plus.

  • •Experience with Python, R, or similar programming for data analysis and automation.
  • •Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau (or similar dashboarding tools) and SQL/data modeling concepts.
  • •Experience working with large datasets, data quality controls, and statistical analysis; ability to translate findings into clear recommendations.
