Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, document, and communicate operating and quality conditions of plant processes.
  • •Notify appropriate personnel and respond when operating conditions are not met.
  • •Transfer material into and out of containers using diaphragm, gear, and centrifugal pumps; move and connect hoses to pumps, reactors, tanks, and equipment.
  • •Pack out and stack 55-lb product bags onto pallets while completing daily operational tasks per site SOPs.
  • •Support and actively participate in Zero Harm and SIM programs, complete required safety training, and perform duties assigned by Shift Supervisor, Lead Operator, or Production Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •2+ years of experience working in a chemical manufacturing plant or similar environment.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to safely operate a forklift and perform physical work including lifting 55-lb bags and working on stairs, ladders, and platforms.
