Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience with strong emphasis on JavaScript.
  • •Advanced ServiceNow development experience including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and UI Pages.
  • •Experience designing, building, and troubleshooting ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and OAuth/Basic Auth.
  • •Hands-on experience with Now Assist (e.g., Now Assist for ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or Creator) and AI Control Tower / AI Search.
  • •Strong testing and troubleshooting experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Agile/Scrum delivery.
