Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead coordination and delivery of the State Highway Roads package(s) for the Northland Corridor project.
  • •Manage interfaces across multiple technical disciplines including drainage, utilities, structures, and geotechnical.
  • •Coordinate with contractor teams to ensure understanding of operational requirements.
  • •Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities and develop practical solutions to support delivery.
  • •Support roading discipline milestones within budget and ensure requirements, technical standards, and consent conditions are incorporated; review deliverables for alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or a related tertiary discipline).
  • •Experience delivering transport infrastructure, local roads, highways, or major civil infrastructure projects in New Zealand and Australia.
  • •Strong design coordination and package management experience for road/roading projects.
  • •Proven ability to coordinate and engage contractors, maintenance and operations teams, designers and technical specialists, and clients/stakeholders.
  • •Experience working with and applying NZ design standards, consenting requirements, and approvals processes.
