Engineering Development Technician

Hands-on engineering technician supporting hardware development, pre-production, and production hardware for drone products within TRS. Combines mechanical and electrical disciplines, troubleshoots across R&D and manufacturing, assists in test setups, line transitions, and repair/rework of non-conforming hardware, while liaising with product engineering to push concepts toward flight-ready hardware in a fast-paced defense environment.
