•Achieve sales targets by selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, PORTERCABLE brands to end-user customers.
•Establish and manage relationships with end-user partners, including product and services solutions and management of CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development, including who to contact and how to execute the purchasing process.
•Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Maintain and use SalesForce.com as a CRM and planning tool; communicate successes and failures for key accounts and opportunities.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields (relevant construction field experience may substitute).
•3+ years of experience in sales or marketing for construction supplies with a proven results track record.
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% within the territory assignment.
