Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist and work under Continuous Improvement staff on CI projects to meet Operational Excellence needs

  • •Standardize and document processes, including creating process documentation using Visio
  • •Provide project management support at various levels of complexity
  • •Collect and analyze data for CI initiatives

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.8 - 31.7 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Current student of an ABET accredited four-year Engineering program
  • •Completed at least one year of undergraduate study
  • •Ability to work 40 hrs/week
  • •Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement principles
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills
