Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist planners with demand, supply, and inventory planning to meet business and customer service targets.
  • •Collect, analyze, and validate planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Support inventory reviews by tracking stock levels, safety stock compliance, and inventory performance metrics.
  • •Assist with demand and supply balancing by monitoring forecast changes, production plans, and material availability.
  • •Maintain and validate planning parameters/master data in SAP and other business systems, and generate KPI and reporting for planning performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum B2+ English proficiency.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.
