Job Summary

Partner with regional sales teams to qualify enterprise leads, uncover customer pain points, and craft technical solutions from pre-sales through implementation. Lead end-to-end enterprise engagements across C-level to working-level stakeholders using demos, RFI/RFP, architecture workshops, and POCs. Serve as a trusted advisor to product teams with clear feature requests, provide post-sales support, and drive upsell/cross-sell alongside Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads, identify customer pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
•Lead enterprise customer engagements end-to-end from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
•Act as a trusted advisor to product teams, articulating feature requests to shape product roadmap in short- and long-term horizons.
•Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge during customer and internal engagements.
•Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell with Account Executives.

Key Requirements

•Engineering Bachelor’s degree or above.
•At least 3 years of related experience as a solution architect, pre-sales solution engineer, or post-sales technical account manager.
•Experience working with sales/account executives.
•Fluent oral and written English.
•Hands-on expertise building AI applications/workflows using LLMs, multi-modal capabilities, RAG, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks, including python and FastAPI.
