Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards and a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.

Key Requirements

•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail days, and to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
