Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform from an application management perspective.
  • •Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability, driving continuous improvements in scalability and maintainability.
  • •Serve as the bridge between product owners, developers, and architecture to translate product vision into technical reality.
  • •Coordinate external development partners and implementation vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • •Oversee releases, deployments, environment health, and support incident management with root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar enterprise e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Oracle).
  • •Proven background in application management, platform ownership, or technical product support in a global/enterprise environment.
  • •Solid understanding of digital customer journeys and modern B2B/B2C e-commerce platform architecture and requirements.
  • •Good understanding of integrations, including APIs and backend systems, and cloud platforms.
  • •Exceptional ability to communicate and navigate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
