Job Summary

Own and evolve the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform that powers a global aviation aftermarket e-commerce experience. Ensure stability, performance, and availability while continuously improving scalability and maintainability. Act as a bridge between product owners, developers, and architecture, coordinating vendors, managing releases and environments, and supporting incident management and root-cause analysis. Integrate tightly with enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, APIs, and SAP BTP.

Key Responsibilities

•Take full ownership of the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform from an application management perspective.
•Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability, driving continuous improvements in scalability and maintainability.
•Serve as the bridge between product owners, developers, and architecture to translate product vision into technical reality.
•Coordinate external development partners and implementation vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
•Oversee releases, deployments, environment health, and support incident management with root-cause analysis.

•Strong experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar enterprise e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Oracle).

•Solid understanding of digital customer journeys and modern B2B/B2C e-commerce platform architecture and requirements.
•Good understanding of integrations, including APIs and backend systems, and cloud platforms.
•Exceptional ability to communicate and navigate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
