Job Summary

Create and execute localized Japan content marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive organic traffic, and boost engagement and conversions. Lead multi-channel content creation across blogs, landing pages, emails, social posts, and video scripts, coordinating with PR, marketing and product teams to maintain consistent messaging. Analyze performance with analytics tools and continuously optimize based on engagement, retention, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute localized content marketing strategies for the Japan market to drive brand awareness, organic traffic, engagement, and conversion.
•Lead the concept development, creative copywriting, and execution of localized advertising (digital, paid social, and offline if applicable) to maximize ROAS.
•Plan, create, edit, and optimize multi-channel content including blog articles, landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, video scripts, case studies, and product storytelling.
•Collaborate closely with PR, IMC, performance marketing, CRM, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
•Analyze content performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize based on engagement, retention, traffic, and conversion metrics.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or editorial.
•Experience managing content across multiple digital platforms including web, GEO/SEO, social media, and CRM/email.
•Business-level English.
•Strong attention to detail and high standards for content quality and localization nuance.
•Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
