Senior Director, Research & Development - E-Beam Technology (m/f/d)

Lead end-to-end R&D for next-generation electron beam (E-beam) systems, serving as the technical authority across imaging, inspection, metrology, lithography, and E-beam writing. Define and execute the technology roadmap, build and scale a high-performing R&D organization, and translate advanced research into scalable, differentiated, manufacturable products. Drive complex program delivery on time and within budget while aligning engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
