Validate that diagnoses and procedures are complete, extract relevant clinical details for complications and comorbidities, and assign correct DRG and E&M levels using the proper CPT code. Follow HAAD coding guidelines, provide feedback on coding errors, support coder/technician training, and stay current with latest coding versions.
