Regional HR Manager overseeing HR operations, strategy and employee relations across a geographic region. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee HR operations, strategy and execution within a geographic region, including employee relations, policy governance and compliance to ensure timely, legally compliant HR deliverables.
•Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to the HR team and managers on employee relations, performance management and policy implementation.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, managers and external partners to align HR initiatives with business objectives and ensure clear communication.
•Lead organizational change HR initiatives ( restructures, relocations, mergers, acquisitions) with clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
•Design and deliver coaching and training on employee relations, conflict resolution and workplace behavior to build capability and ensure compliant, engaged workforce.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CZK 1,000,000 - 1,400,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong relationship-building and influencing skills to interact with senior management, employees, stakeholders and external partners; ability to communicate complex HR issues clearly to enable informed decision-making.
•Deep knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management and employee engagement; able to ensure fair, professional handling of employee concerns.
•Excellent command of regional labour laws and regulatory requirements; identify risks and mitigate them through policy development, training and consistent procedures.
•Ability to interact with Works Councils/unions, regulators, vendors and industry experts to stay informed about HR trends and regulatory changes.
•Experience leading HR initiatives during organizational change ( restructures, relocations, mergers, acquisitions) and delivering HR projects on time and within scope.
