Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks impact assessment and management to support change delivery across Portfolio
  • •Engage with Group Transformation team to ensure continued alignment of IWPB ways-of-operating with Change Framework mandatory outcomes of NFR impact assessment
  • •Develop guidance on Data Control Impact Assessment and management, working in collaboration with Group Data Office
  • •Coordinate communications, implementation and embedding of NFR and DCIA tooling and process, and lead the BAU activities across Portfolio
  • •Drive active risk management practice across portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout delivery lifecycle

  • •Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or individually
  • •Strong relationship management skills, with experience building effective networks across business areas and developing relationships
  • •Self-starter with high level of drive and motivation
