Key Responsibilities

•Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks impact assessment and management to support change delivery across Portfolio
•Engage with Group Transformation team to ensure continued alignment of IWPB ways-of-operating with Change Framework mandatory outcomes of NFR impact assessment
•Develop guidance on Data Control Impact Assessment and management, working in collaboration with Group Data Office
•Coordinate communications, implementation and embedding of NFR and DCIA tooling and process, and lead the BAU activities across Portfolio
•Drive active risk management practice across portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout delivery lifecycle

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or individually
•Strong relationship management skills, with experience building effective networks across business areas and developing relationships
•Self-starter with high level of drive and motivation
•Outstanding organisational and planning skills to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities
•Excellent verbal communications skills; confident in presenting to a large audience
