Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience by building client relationships and driving sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Manage store operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards and supporting team collaboration.
