Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire new merchant services relationships through prospecting and referrals across assigned territories and segments.
  • •Consult and sell merchant payment processing solutions, including credit card, check processing, gift cards, ACH, and related hardware/software.
  • •Identify merchants' additional banking needs and coordinate solutions with KeyBank resources.
  • •Prospect small and medium-sized businesses within the assigned region to supplement bank referrals.
  • •Resolve client issues and execute actions to ensure client satisfaction while complying with KeyBank policies.

Key Requirements
