Job Summary

Plan supply and production activities for an assigned SKU portfolio, including material inbound planning, long-term finished goods planning, and production planning across Revlon factories and third-party manufacturers. Maintain master data, review open orders, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply constraints. Monitor service levels, analyze demand/supply (including RCCP), manage inventory targets and SLOB, and support S&OP by reporting KPIs and aligning production plans with forecasts and new product launches.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and communicate production/supply plans or the Master Production Plan to suppliers, operational business partners, and/or third-party manufacturers.
•Provide delivery commitments for materials and work with suppliers/TPMs to deliver SKU/items on time and in full quantities.
•Monitor service levels and report demand/supply chain issues; partner with Demand Planning and Customer Logistics to resolve issues and allocations.
•Perform short- and long-term supply/demand analysis, evaluate constraints using capacity/demand ratios, and initiate resolution steps to support optimal production plans.
•Manage inventory targets and performance by projecting inventory, monitoring SLOB, analyzing MRP data, tracking output vs plans, and supporting S&OP with KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of supply chain planning experience.
•Working knowledge of computer-based manufacturing systems including MRP, MPS, Manugistics, APS, and SAP.
•Knowledge of supply chain processes including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment.
•Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills to evaluate and prioritize data.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to organize, solve problems, and resolve conflicts.
