Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive external customer complaint management, including root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D and A3.
  • •Develop, manage, and enforce internal quality processes and documentation, including authority to intervene in production when required.
  • •Support new product introductions from a quality perspective in line with APQP, change management, Pro-Launch, and EQMS requirements.
  • •Perform and oversee process-related tests, inspections, audits, and ongoing process monitoring; coordinate supplier quality topics.
  • •Maintain and further develop the ISO 9001 management system, support additional ISO certifications, and drive continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical background (preferably Electrical Engineering or related) with hands-on industry experience.
  • •Several years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of Quality Management, including ISO 9001, APQP, and core quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
  • •Project-oriented mindset with the ability to work structured, collaboratively, and across functions.
  • •Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
