Job Summary

Own and improve operational relationships with key global banking partners, including performance reviews, escalations, and follow-up. Build operational visibility across Wise, support incident follow-through, and partner with Banking, Finance, Legal, risk, controls, and governance teams to drive sustainable fixes.

•Own operational relationships with key global banking partners, including performance reviews, escalations, and action follow-up.
•Drive partner performance by monitoring speed, reliability, incidents, SLA gaps, risk signals, fees, and operational costs.
•Translate complex issues into partner improvement plans with clear owners, next steps, timelines, escalation paths, and outcomes.
•Hold partner banks accountable for operational commitments such as SLA performance and incident resolution, including long-term fixes.
•Build operational visibility across Wise and support incident and post-incident corrective action follow-through with banking partner involvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,906,000 - 3,725,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Placed in Hyderabad and have the right to work in India.
•5+ years of experience in banking operations, payment operations, partner/vendor management, risk management, operational excellence, or a similar field.
•Understand payment operations and banking partner relationships.
•Highly data-driven—investigate issues, form hypotheses, size impact, and build evidence-based cases for action.
•Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence internal teams and external partners without direct authority.
