  • •Oversee AA employees performing aircraft movement, chair daily shift briefings, and prepare station tour reports and analysis.
  • •Identify operational challenges, monitor arrival/departure dependability performance, and investigate/resolve operational irregularities.
  • •Adjudicate Delay Code Handbook and AYR procedures and communicate operational schedules with local departments, IOC/MOC, central loads, and outside agencies.
  • •Lead and manage execution of Emergency Action plans; mentor and develop Control Center CSM and coordinator staff; ensure compliance with attendance and performance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management or Science in Aviation, or equivalent experience/training.
  • •5+ years of leadership operational experience leading people, or relevant experience.
  • •Substantial experience in both RES and DECS.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • •Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
