Key Responsibilities

  • •Review RFPs, structure balanced business deals, establish negotiation strategy, formalize contractual documents, and lead frequent customer interface.
  • •Advise leadership on contractual rights and obligations, identify and mitigate contractual/program risks, and compile/analyze data to support recommendations.
  • •Manage multiple contracts as the primary interface with customers’ Prime Contracting Officers (PCOs).
  • •Conduct timely negotiations and resolve customer issues to maximize key financial metrics such as bookings, sales, cash, and profit.
  • •Draft complex letters communicating Raytheon’s business position and travel to Raytheon/customer facilities as needed (some international travel may be required).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • •Experience with U.S. Government contracts under FAR and/or DFARS and related regulations.
  • •Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance required prior to start (with ability to obtain program access after start date).
  • •Hands-on proposal preparation or negotiation experience.
  • •Experience managing contracts involving both development and production elements.
