Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) organization for Europe, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and efficient order fulfillment. Build and develop a high-performing team, manage performance via KPIs and service metrics, and run continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives. Serve as a secondary escalation point, partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution, and oversee billing, documentation, compliance, inventory availability, and audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the Europe O2C Operations organization, including Team Leads, Order Managers, and Sales Back Office Specialists.
•Ensure efficient end-to-end execution of O2C operations, meeting customer commitments while complying with QMS, BMS, and regulatory requirements.
•Monitor KPIs and service metrics, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
•Act as a secondary escalation point for customer and market issues, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
•Manage order, inventory availability, and production coordination; drive digital transformation through automation opportunities and implement new systems and tools (Agentic AI).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field (master’s degree advantage).
•Minimum 5 years of experience in O2C Operations, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
•Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience managing operational teams.
•Proven experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, and organizational change in a complex global matrix environment.
•Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), CRM, and O2C Operations processes; experience or strong interest in AI agents/intelligent automation and digital transformation initiatives.
