Job Summary

Own proxy product ownership for business banking SME onboarding journeys, partnering with the Product Owner and technical squads to implement project standards and communicate changes. Translate requirements into functional specifications, use cases, interfaces, and workflows, and manage the product backlog and roadmap. Lead sprint events, collaborate across regions and cross-functional stakeholders, and drive end-to-end journey solutioning and optimization with Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Product Owner and technical teams to ensure project standards implementation and efficiently communicate changes.
•Create detailed solution design, including functional specifications, use cases, interfaces, and workflows.
•Analyze and define requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations for proposed solutions.
•Manage the product backlog and roadmap, set goals in clear actionable formats, and lead sprint events for the digital squad.
•Drive business banking onboarding journey creation and optimization across multiple countries, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and regions.

Key Requirements

•At least 7 years of technical project delivery experience.
•Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user requirements, data engineering, data science, or software engineering work.
•Experience as a Proxy Product Owner / Product Manager with software products.
•Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience with Agile methodologies.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort speaking with senior leaders, with strong negotiation and leadership skills.
