Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns through ongoing support.
  • •Develop and implement individualized nutrition treatment plans via regular telehealth meetings, including initial assessments and meal plan/target weight ranges.
  • •Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and provide education to address nutrition-related concerns.
  • •Collaborate with the treatment team to communicate meal plans and directives clearly and reinforce them in family interactions.
  • •Maintain thorough documentation in Equip’s electronic medical record and support discharge planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have an active Minnesota license.
  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree (or college coursework) accredited/approved by ACEND.
  • •Licensed RDN required; eating disorder experience preferred.
  • •Manage a caseload of up to 80 patients, providing care for up to 52 weeks per patient.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration on interdisciplinary teams, with comfort in a fast-paced environment.
