Shift Supervior - 2nd Shift - Injection Molding

Lead the injection molding department on second shift by overseeing daily production activities, including scheduling, machine and mold utilization, employee performance, and product quality. Coach and develop production employees, assign labor and equipment, and drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S and total productive maintenance). Partner with Maintenance to reduce downtime and inefficiencies while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
