Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products.
  • •Contribute to FMECA and participate in or own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab.
  • •Solve issues and work with Engineering to address issues identified, coordinating with Manufacturing as needed.
  • •Partner with Quality & Reliability to review and address Top Field Issues and participate in CAPA and Failure Analysis.
  • •Develop and document installation, retrofit, maintenance procedures and create customer-facing technical manuals, notices, bulletins, troubleshooting guides, and training packages.
