Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships across the mining and chemicals markets to grow the business and promote the Wood brand.
  • •Identify, validate, and pursue high-potential opportunities; qualify opportunities early and develop win strategies and value propositions.
  • •Maintain knowledge of competitors, pricing models, and local partnerships; build partnerships to support multi-phase and large-scale tenders.
  • •Support contract negotiations with proposal and commercial teams; engage in tendering to address queries, refine pricing, and improve technical alignment.
  • •Lead strategic account management, manage opportunity records in CRM, and support forecasting, pipeline management, and lead review governance.
