Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform low-complexity operational tasks, including data collection and basic data structuring (text, tables, and charts) and routine medium-complexity tasks such as document drafting and action-tracking schedules, applying solutions defined by contractors and supervisors;
  • •Support planning and execution in project management processes across departments, using management systems, tools, and methods for business control and monitoring;
  • •Assist in preparing planning, management, control, monitoring, analysis, response, and project demands meetings;
  • •Assist in drafting project or program opening reports for high/medium/low complexity, including objectives, scope, validated schedule, resource planning, and risk management, plus creation of project presentations;

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in project management or related fields validated by management
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office
  • •Experience in Digital Design and Website construction
  • •Bachelor-level degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, IT Analysis or related fields
