Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

Lead strategic, complex ServiceNow transformation projects end to end—owning architecture and roadmaps from design and implementation through rollout, governance, and continuous optimization. Serve as lead architect and trusted advisor to stakeholders up to C-level, run workshops, and develop enterprise target architectures, technical specifications, and integrations across multiple ServiceNow modules. Provide pre-sales solutioning, technical demos, estimates, and mentor senior and junior consultants.
