Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive commercial success for assigned accounts by combining engagement and commercial strategies across the annual client lifecycle.
  • •Lead onboarding and ensure strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer’s lifetime.
  • •Be the primary contact to resolve customer questions via email/phone and coordinate issue resolution with Product and Engineering.
  • •Maximize retention, renewals, upgrades, cross-sell of modules, and user growth to grow recurring revenue.
