Support customer-facing innovation and continuous improvement projects by creating technical content, presentations, newsletters, and training materials. Track deliverables and contribute to timely completion while analyzing information to build dashboards and indicators that enable better decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and propose initiatives that add value for both the business and the customer experience.
