Job Summary

Senior operations leader responsible for end-to-end P2P performance across Procurement, AP, Sourcing, Travel & Expense, and Global Contracts. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end P2P operations across Procurement, AP, Strategic Sourcing, Travel & Expense, and Global Contracts
•Drive automation and agentic AI execution across the P2P stack and partner with engineering/product/AI teams to move initiatives from roadmap to production
•Lead and develop a globally distributed procurement/finance team with a focus on high performance and continuous improvement
•Deliver real-time visibility into spend, cycle times, SLA performance, and process health through P2P reporting and metrics
•Partner with FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Security) to drive informed decision-making and budget alignment

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,000 - 225,700 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Procure to Pay, Finance Operations, or a related field with at least 3 years in a people management role
•Proven track record leading operational transformation in a P2P or S2P environment
•Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or agentic workflow tools in an operational context
•Deep familiarity with Workday or a comparable ERP, and procurement intake platforms such as Zip, Coupa, or SAP Ariba
•Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills and executive-level communication abilities
