Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction and oversight for underwriting and portfolio management.
  • •Lead risk analysis, assessment, and mitigation for portfolio, fund, and facility levels across debt and equity transactions.
  • •Lead credit and investment approvals aligned to risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
  • •Oversee pipeline evaluation analytics for efficient closing, initial funding, and post-closing servicing with Originations and Loan/Equity Administration leaders.
  • •Hire, lead, and mentor the team; partner with horizontal leadership to develop associates and represent the team at industry panels and conferences.

Salary: USD 269,600 - 307,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 12 years of experience in underwriting, asset management, portfolio management, or a combination, in affordable housing or commercial real estate.
  • •Deep credit expertise and sophisticated risk management capability.
  • •Proven ability to lead teams and solve complex problems.
  • •7+ years of people leadership experience.
