Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform structural analyses for aircraft fuel system components/systems using ANSYS or similar analysis tools.
  • •Model and predict system response to environmental and installation conditions (pressure, acceleration, temperature, bolted joints, seals).
  • •Develop boundary conditions and studies to understand system behavior across loading and geometric variations.
  • •Support additional analyses (1D, thermal, fluid dynamics) as skills develop and methodologies evolve for projects.
  • •Communicate findings via formal reports, technical data, and recommendations; coordinate with global engineering teams and support technical meetings.

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 1 year engineering experience, including internships and/or co-ops.
  • •Ability to perform structural analyses using ANSYS or other suitable analysis tools.
  • •Knowledge of fuel systems, assembly techniques (e.g., bolted joints), and material science.
