Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute the AI/ML and GenAI platform strategy aligned to enterprise architecture, security, and risk standards.
  • •Own engineering and lifecycle management for platform components such as development workspaces, model/prompt/version management, model registry, feature storage patterns, and RAG enablement.
  • •Establish DevSecOps platform delivery practices including GitLab source control and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
  • •Implement cloud governance and control patterns for AI/ML/GenAI, including model/prompt lifecycle controls, lineage/traceability, approvals, change management, and operational readiness.
  • •Provide technical leadership to improve performance, reliability, scalability, cost, and security through automation, observability, and guidance to engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in computer science, analytics, data engineering, finance, or an equivalent field.
  • •At least 3 years of experience driving enterprise data strategy, data execution, data engineering, or software delivery.
  • •Expert problem-solving to define detailed strategies for platform engineering.
  • •Experience in financial services or payments and operating in a highly regulated cloud environment with regulatory obligations.
  • •Experience building AI/ML platforms and/or MLOps capabilities such as training/inference automation, model packaging/deployment, model registry, experiment tracking, and operational monitoring.
