Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with users to capture and analyze information on adoption of project, machine learning applications, and IIoTs for smart manufacturing through supplier engagement.
  • •Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to design, execute, and deliver projects requiring coordination of global resources.
  • •Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and implementation plans.
  • •Define solution scope, success criteria, KPIs, and lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
  • •Use metrics and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization, leveraging AI and generative AI to improve decision-making and automate workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or at least 5 years of work experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, including leading and presenting to small and large groups.
  • •Ability to work multi-functionally with peers and senior/mid-level management.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to remain flexible to changing business needs.
  • •Highly organized with outstanding customer focus; ability to projectize and prioritize work.
