Build and maintain TikTok’s Ads Measurement Signal and Privacy infrastructure end-to-end, ensuring large-scale data and signals remain compliant with regional regulations. Key Responsibilities

•Build products for signal integration, management, and insights using in-house solutions and third-party data partner integrations.
•Design, build, and maintain scalable, future-proof technical foundations for data collection and data quality.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data scientists, UX, compliance) to continuously improve comprehensive measurement.
•Lead and manage development of products and processes to respond to urgent business needs.
•Identify, explore, and implement cutting-edge measurement technologies.
•Build various products to handle signal integration, management and insights through both building in-house TT cutting edge solution and dealing with many third-party data partners integrations.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms and proficiency in at least one coding language (Go, JavaScript, Java, or C++).
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and show strong ownership.
•Curiosity toward new technologies and solutions, with strong problem analysis and solving abilities.
•Able to commit to 12 weeks onsite work starting in Summer 2026.
