Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the Anti-Counterfeiting strategy across the Americas, from customs applications to enforcement authority training.
  • •Build collaboration with local authorities, including customs, police, and IP attachés.
  • •Monitor online marketplaces and social media to detect and address counterfeiting activity.
  • •Manage pre-litigation and litigation files in civil and criminal matters with investigators and local law firms.
  • •Support local teams on Group IP rights projects and prepare activity reports while tracking legislative developments.
