Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical expert in relevant product categories, including FX and structured/wealth-related offerings.
  • •Add value to clients with complex needs and make suitable recommendations while explaining value and risks.
  • •Follow a needs-based sales process to deliver an outstanding client experience and support PRMs in deepening relationships with HASE.
  • •Conduct product training and lead client education events to improve clients’ knowledge of financial markets and solutions.
  • •Collaborate with Compliance, Credit & Risk, and Internal Control to maintain a balanced risk operating environment.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines; professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or CFMP are an advantage.
  • •Regulatory Qualifications: pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE, and meet competency requirements for regulated activities.
  • •Evidence of strong sales results in spot FX and FX option products.
  • •Relationship management experience with high net worth clients, with proven retail banking experience and strong knowledge of investment products.
  • •Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; strong interpersonal and communications skills with a passion for phone sales.
