Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and prioritize organic growth opportunities that increase the frequency, quality, and sentiment of Jobber mentions across AI surfaces.
  • •Design, run, and scale AEO/GEO experiments spanning content formats, distribution channels, entity-building tactics, and AI citation strategies.
  • •Develop Jobber’s presence on platforms where home service professionals seek advice and where LLMs draw signal.
  • •Monitor AI visibility metrics (scores, citation frequency, share of voice, sentiment) across competitors and AI platforms, and recommend next steps.
  • •Collaborate with the Organic Search team and PLG to ensure off-site work reinforces on-site foundations and supports organic implications in product-led growth experiments.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven AEO/GEO experience with measurable results, such as citation frequency, share of voice, or AI-referred traffic.
  • •AI-native with the ability to use AI tools daily to research, build, test, and automate workflows, agents, or automations.
  • •Strong SEO fundamentals and a deep understanding of how AI-powered search changes content strategy, distribution, and discovery.
  • •Experience developing organic content strategies for channels like LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, or forums with growth or lead generation goals.
  • •Experience monitoring AI visibility with tools such as Profound, GrackerAI, or similar, and making decisions against business KPIs (trials, conversions, leads, revenue).
