  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, after receiving training.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure it remains safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.

  • •Must be able to lift/pull/carry/push up to 50 lbs and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • •Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, and possess a valid driver’s license (and be at least 21 years old).
